Driving licence are issued by RTO Offices. For taking delivery of driving licences one has to go to RTO Office. This involves consumption of fuel, investment in time and congestion on roads. The pollution is also caused due to use of vehicles on this count.
This system can be bettered by making delivery through post or courier. This will help in reducing unnecessaru travel, congestion on roads and saving of fuel.
